Terms of Sales

Preamble
These conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, the company Ventoux bikes:

And on the other hand, the person wishing to make a purchase, (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), via the merchant site (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

ORDER FORMATION
Ability 
When placing the Order, the Customer guarantees to have full legal capacity to adhere to these general conditions and to enter into a sales contract with Ventoux bikes. For any payment by credit card, the Customer guarantees that he is fully authorized to use said card and that the funds are sufficient to cover all the costs necessary for the payment of the Order. 

Personal information: 
When placing the Order, the Customer agrees to provide the information requested of him and agrees to the veracity of the latter: - surname and first name. - address. - phone. - email address. - type of payment card, card number, expiry date.
Any Customer validly registered on the Site will be bound by any Order which required the use of his email address and his personal password (subject to the rights of withdrawal and return as defined herein). 

The Customer must verify all the information entered during his Order (Product ordered, billing address, telephone number, etc.).

This information appears on the Order confirmation email. If after validation of his Order the Customer realizes the need to modify certain information, he can do so by contacting Customer Service as soon as possible on 04 90 62 58 19 so that the latter can best satisfy his request.

Nevertheless, Ventoux bikes cannot be held responsible for any errors in data entry by the Customer or for the consequences in terms of delay or rental error.

Confirmation email
Ventoux bikes sends an email confirming the Customer's Order in order to direct them to their personal space where the contractual elements of the sale are summarized. Processing of the OrderOrders are processed when they are actually received and upon confirmation of payment. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The general structure of this Site and all its elements, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by current legislation on intellectual property, and in particular by copyright, neighboring rights, trademark law, patent law, and image rights.
Consequently, the communication to the public, partial or total, free of charge or paying, on any medium and by any means of communication whatsoever, of the elements composing the site, without the agreement of their successors in title, and in particular of Ventoux bikes, are strictly prohibited and will be systematically prosecuted.
The creation of hypertext links (simple or deep) to the Site is subject to the express and prior authorization of Ventoux bikes.
The hypertext links implemented on the Site to other sites cannot engage the responsibility of Ventoux bikes, which has no control over their content

ENTIRETY 
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this can in no way affect the validity and respect of these general conditions. of sale.

DURATION 
These conditions apply for the entire duration of the online services offered by Ventoux bikes.

CONSERVATION AND ARCHIVING OF TRANSACTIONS 
LThe archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with article 1348 of the Civil Code.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 
These conditions are subject to French law. In accordance with Article L141-5 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the customer may seize, at his option, in addition to one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure, the court of the place where he lived. at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful event.
