Rental conditions
The delivery of the equipment is conditional on the deposit of an original identity document as well as the realization of a pre-authorization by means of a bank card
Important ! The tenant is legally and materially RESPONSIBLE for the use made of the rented equipment over the duration of the rental.
The responsibility of the customer is engaged either in the event of theft and, or, degradation of his fact or in the event of misuse of the bicycle. In the event of material damage, fall, damage caused during transport or any other cause relating to its use, the amount of the damage will be invoiced to the tenant on the same day.
On presentation of this invoice the tenant will have the possibility of using his personal insurance.
The damage invoiced corresponds to the public price of the part or parts to be replaced, as well as the cost of the labor necessary for the repair.
In the event of theft, the lessee undertakes to take the necessary steps with the police, provide a copy of the declaration of theft to the lessor, and immediately reimburse the new value of the equipment.
As an advance on costs, a sum of €2,000 is requested by bank pre-authorization (imprint) at the final signature of the contract.
To limit your liability, an accident and material damage insurance option is recommended : €3/day/bike - deductible and pre-authorisation of €400 > Conditions available on request in store.
PLEASE NOTE : the rental of electric bikes is not possible for children under 15 years old.
BOOKING IN JULY / AUGUST 7 days in advance recommended (via this site) OTHER MONTHS: 2 days in advance strongly recommended
HIRE HOURS:
½ day - 9am > 1.30pm / or / 1pm > 5.30pm (9am > 1.30pm on Sundays in summer)
Day - 9 a.m. > 5.30 p.m. (9 a.m. > 4 p.m. on Sundays in summer)
If collected the day before between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. (3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sundays in summer) > supplement + €6

SHOE RENTAL supplement €8 day or 1/2 day > €5 for the following days
