You are fully responsible for the bicycle(s) during the rental period. This means that in the event of an accident resulting in a total loss of the bike, or in the case of theft, we will charge the full replacement value of a new bike.

As an advance payment for potential costs, an amount of €400 is required as a bank pre-authorization when signing the contract. This is to cover damages in case of a fall or improper use of the bike (such as scratches in the parking area or during transport).

The pre-authorization is made when the bike is collected (physical credit card + ID required).
